Sanitary pads are a necessity for every woman, but in the Loanialu villages of Tanna island, Vanuatu, there are no retail outlets.
Even if there were, these women have very little money, so without reusable sanitary pads like these, women remain at home during their period. These sanitary pads are hand made by our volunteers with love. Give the gift of dignity to a young woman who visits our clinic.
